Robyn Johnston

PhD

Robyn brings exceptional skills in molecular biology and attention to detail to the group. She has extensive research experience, having held postdoctoral positions at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory and Cornell University. She has worked with a variety of species and on a range of questions in the area of plant developmental genetics. During her time at Cornell, she managed three transcriptomics projects, all of which yielded exceptionally high quality data sets. Robyn has worked with and trained students and scientists with a wide range of skill levels and diverse backgrounds. Robyn enjoys the variety of projects that come through The Elshire Group lab and her role in helping to tailor our GBS service to suit specific projects and ensure excellent results.
